Balloon Substitutions

Occasionally, specific balloons or components may become unavailable due to supplier issues or inventory changes.

• We reserve the right to make substitutions to balloons within an arrangement when necessary.

• Any substitutions will be made with balloons of equal or greater value than what was originally purchased.

• Substitutions will be made in keeping with the original theme, color palette, and overall style of the arrangement.

 

Our goal is always to deliver an arrangement that meets or exceeds expectations.

 

Main / Feature Balloon Availability

• If a primary or feature balloon (such as a large jumbo balloon that the design is based on) becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer prior to fulfillment.

• In this situation, the customer may:

  • Approve a planned substitution, or

  • Request a refund for the affected portion of the order or the full order, depending on circumstances

 

We make every effort to keep our website inventory accurate to avoid this situation, and it is rare.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The main or feature balloon is unavailable and a suitable substitution is not approved

• An order is unable to be fulfilled due to circumstances within our control

 

Refunds are not issued for:

• Approved substitutions

• Minor variations in balloon brands, finishes, or styles

• Delays caused by factors outside our control (such as traffic or weather)

• Orders where delivery or pickup was attempted but no recipient was available

 

Timing & Condition of Balloons

• Balloons are time-sensitive and affected by environmental conditions.

• Temporary changes in appearance due to temperature (such as balloons appearing smaller in cold weather) are normal and do not qualify for a refund.

 

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
