Curbside Pickup Policy

To ensure smooth service and proper handling of balloon orders, all pickups are curbside only. We do not offer in-store pickup.

Curbside Pickup Availability

Curbside pickup is available for eligible orders selected at checkout.
Customers select their preferred pickup date and time window during checkout.
Orders are prepared in advance based on the selected pickup window.
You will receive an order confirmation, and may receive additional communication if any adjustments are needed.

Curbside Pickup Instructions

Arrive at the pickup location during your scheduled pickup window.
Park safely near the storefront.
Please remain in your vehicle.
Call us at 832-680-0894 to let us know you have arrived.
Our team will bring your balloon order out to you as quickly as possible.

Important Pickup Notes

Curbside pickup only — customers are not permitted to enter the studio.
Please ensure your vehicle has enough space to safely transport balloon arrangements.
Large balloon displays may require an SUV, van, or truck.
Once an order has been handed off curbside, responsibility for the balloons transfers to the customer.
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation.

Changes or Delays

If you anticipate being late or need to adjust your pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible at 832-680-0894. We will do our best to accommodate changes when possible.

Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how balloon deliveries are scheduled, handled, and completed to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

Delivery Scheduling

Customers select and confirm their preferred delivery date and delivery time window at checkout.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the requested delivery window.
While delivery times are carefully planned, factors such as traffic, weather, and route logistics (hello, Houston traffic) may occasionally cause deliveries to arrive slightly early or late.

Delivery Timing & Communication

If a delivery is expected to arrive outside the selected delivery window (early or late), we will contact the customer as soon as possible to:
- Confirm that the adjusted timing is acceptable, or
- Coordinate a rescheduled delivery if needed

Our goal is always to deliver as close to the requested time as possible.

Recipient Availability

We will attempt to contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm that someone is available to receive the balloons.
Balloons cannot be left unattended on a porch, doorstep, or outdoors.

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

The order may be rescheduled for a later time or date for an additional fee, or
The balloons may be returned to our studio for curbside pickup by the customer

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Balloons are sensitive to temperature changes.
In cold weather, balloons may temporarily appear smaller or deflated upon delivery. This is normal and temporary — balloons will return to their intended appearance once they warm to room temperature.
Extreme weather conditions may impact delivery timing or safety. In such cases, we will communicate promptly to determine the best solution.

Delivery Acceptance & Responsibility

Once balloons have been successfully delivered and accepted by the recipient, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions, improper handling, or circumstances beyond our control after delivery.
